Are you interested in adding herbs to your life but you are not sure where to start? Then this is the all-day workshop for you including  - -  introduction to herbs, their history  - - make herbal preparations including salves, tinctures and teas, get the low-down on herbal terminology; what you need to do to add medicinal herbs to your life, which herbs to cook with, cosmetic preparations and how to grow, harvest and dry your own herbs.

Whew! This is a fun-filled day packed with loads of information. We’ve condensed years of hands-on knowledge and scads of books into a really useful workshop. You’ll be able to immerse yourself into the herbal experience – feel, touch and smell and learn how to use herbs to complement your well-being.
